In addition, in order to do a “try diving” in a controlled environment known as DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING CONFIRMS that he/she is in perfect health condition and he/she has no recognised serious illness or background. He/she has no chronic disease that requires medication and specially, no problems of heart, ears or respiratory system, neither. She knows it’s not possible to do the activity being pregnant and it’s not possible to take a flight after 12 hours after the activity. Also, He/She doesn’t have any compatible symptoms related to covid19 or has already passed the disease and passed the quarantine period. In witness whereof, and for such purposes as may arise, the following certification is issued in the place and the date below indicated.
