What is a CDC? Is this important when choosing a training site?
The acronym CDC in PADI stands for “Career Development Center”, that is, Professional Development Center.
The PADI 5 Star Career Development Center (CDC) classification is awarded to PADI diving schools that dedicate their activity to the professional development of dive instructors. There is no higher rating than being a cdc school within the rigorous PADI standards.
These dive schools meet the highest requirements for the training of PADI professionals and offer programs aimed at preparing diving professionals to find employment in this industry. Additionally, they also offer assistance in finding a job offer for program graduates.
PADI Five Star CDC are committed to excellence and offer divers the opportunity to live the diving lifestyle and become professionals. In a PADI CDC center like SuperDive you will find two PADI Course Directors willing to train you, help you and guide you on your path to success.
Meri Alorda and Chiqui Bustos come together to offer you a training model as a PADI Instructor unique in its format throughout Catalonia.
